How to pay with a gift Voucher ?

Simply create your items as normal on our website, when you are happy with your design then place it in your shopping cart for payment. When you get to the payment window you will see a box that says gift voucher code, enter your unique number here, if you have more than one voucher then you can add them all in on one line and press the button to confirm


Is the discount code and gift voucher code box the same ?

No, these are two seperate options you must enter your gift voucher code in the box at the payment screen

Where can I redeem the voucher and can I buy anything I want ?

The gift voucher can be redeemed only once on www.simplycolors.com.au. and can be used to purchase any item for sale on www.simplycolors.com.au

What if my order comes to more than the gift voucher amount ?

If your order exceeds the amount specified on the gift certificate amount, the outstanding amount must be paid when ordering your items and before delivery can take place. No credit is issued if your order amount is less than the amount stated on the coupon. simply colors reserves the right to accept the gift certificate only after presentation of the original gift voucher.
